PARIS: Saint-Germain-des-Prés

Bonjour mes amis!  In my last post I summarized all the awesome things you could do during one week in Paris.  This post will break down one of my favorite areas of the City of Light: Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

St. Germain is part of the 6th arrondissement and has a very cool & chic vibe to it.  Maybe that’s why I love it so much?  There are plenty of clothing boutiques as well as art galleries so whether you’re looking to indulge in fashion or art or just relax at a café you won’t be disappointed.Paris, France, Europe, Travel, Paris in One Week, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Seine River, Jardin du Luxembourg, Covered Passages, Trocadero, Giverny, Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Le Marais, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, Cookn' with Class, 6th arrondissement, St. Germain, Bar du Marché, St. Germain-des-Pres Church, Pierre Hermé, Freddy's, Cosi, Fish la Boissonnerie, Josephine Boulangerie, La Dernière Goutte

In the heart of St. Germain is the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Church.  This church was built in the 6th century and is the oldest church in Paris!  Paris, France, Europe, Travel, Paris in One Week, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Seine River, Jardin du Luxembourg, Covered Passages, Trocadero, Giverny, Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Le Marais, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, Cookn' with Class, 6th arrondissement, St. Germain, Bar du Marché, St. Germain-des-Pres Church, Pierre Hermé, Freddy's, Cosi, Fish la Boissonnerie, Josephine Boulangerie, La Dernière Goutte
